The point is: I've heard about The Open University in London and in Portugal (e- learning). For me it'd be much easier to study at the Open University of Lisbon (everything in Portuguese), but on the other hand studying at the OU of London I'd be more respected. I've been studying american english for 5 years but I'm not sure it is good enough for an english university. What can I do to improve my english skills and feel more confident? Thank you!
